Refund Policy

AL QASMI FOUNDATION

At AL QASMI FOUNDATION, we strive to provide transparent and reliable educational and social services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. All payments made to the Foundation are subject to the terms mentioned below.


2. Donations, membership fees, and voluntary contributions are non-refundable.


3. Service fees for admissions, registrations, documentation, counseling, or other educational services are non-refundable once the application or service process has started.


4. If a payment is made more than once due to a technical error, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.


5. If a service cannot be provided by the Foundation due to internal reasons, the Foundation may approve a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.


6. Refund requests, where applicable, must be submitted in writing along with valid payment proof within 7 days of the payment date.


7. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method, wherever possible.


8. Bank charges, payment gateway charges, or applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


9. The Foundation reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
