1. Information We Collect

NGO Setu may collect information entered by registered NGO owners/admins, including mobile number, login details, NGO name, holder/admin name, address, website URL, registration year, uploaded logo, registration documents, team details, activities, event information, donor records, member records, audit reports, project details, objectives, social links, and website page content.

2. Uploaded Files and Media

The app allows users to upload images, PDFs, payment screenshots, profile photos, banners, logos, and documents selected by the user. These files are used to publish or manage the NGO website and internal records as selected by the user.

3. Donation and Donor Information

NGO Setu does not directly collect, hold, process, transfer, or distribute donation funds. If an NGO owner enters donor or donation details, those records are managed for that NGO account. Donation payments shown on a generated NGO website are handled directly by the respective NGO.

4. Local Storage in the App

The app may store login session data and selected NGO profile data on the user's mobile device so the dashboard can open more easily and limited information can be shown when internet connectivity is unavailable.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage NGO profiles, generated websites, activities, events, members, donors, documents, reports, receipts, ID cards, public pages, account login, support, security, and service improvement.

6. Public Website Content

Information that the NGO owner chooses to publish, such as NGO profile, logo, activities, team members, public pages, reports, objectives, projects, events, donation details, and social links, may be visible on the generated public NGO website.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with hosting, storage, technical service providers, or legal authorities when required to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or respond to valid requests.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Users must keep their passwords and account access confidential.

9. User Responsibility

NGO owners/admins are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission to publish any content, documents, images, donor details, member details, payment details, and website information uploaded through the app.

10. Data Update or Removal

Users can update many records directly from the app. For account-level data removal or support requests, contact us at info@ngosetu.in.

11. Children's Privacy

NGO Setu is intended for NGO owners/admins and is not directed to children. Users should not upload children's personal information unless they have lawful authority and consent to do so.
