1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NGO Setu, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. Purpose of the App

NGO Setu is an NGO Management System that helps NGO owners/admins create and manage NGO websites, profiles, activities, events, members, donors, reports, objectives, projects, documents, and public pages.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and all activity performed from their account. Do not share passwords or admin access with unauthorized persons.

4. User Content

Users are fully responsible for all content uploaded or published through NGO Setu, including text, images, documents, member data, donor data, payment details, reports, activities, events, and website pages. Users must ensure they have the legal right and required consent to upload and publish such content.

5. Donation and Payment Responsibility

NGO Setu does not directly collect, hold, process, transfer, or distribute donation/crowdfunding money. NGO owners may publish their own donation details on their generated website. Any donation transaction is between the donor and the respective NGO. NGO Setu is not responsible for donation disputes, refunds, tax benefits, receipts, failed payments, or misuse of donation details by the NGO.

6. Not a Financial Service

NGO Setu is not a banking, wallet, loan, investment, insurance, crypto, chit fund, or financial return service. The app does not promise profit, return, interest, reward, or financial benefit to any donor or user.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not use NGO Setu for illegal activity, fraud, fake NGO representation, misleading fundraising, hate content, abusive content, unauthorized personal data collection, copyright violation, malware, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform policies.

8. Verification and Documents

NGO Setu may allow uploading registration or compliance documents, but uploading such documents does not mean NGO Setu has certified, audited, or legally verified the NGO unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Service Availability

We try to keep the service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Hosting, network, maintenance, or technical issues may affect access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGO Setu and its team are not liable for indirect losses, donation disputes, user-published content, data entered by NGO admins, third-party payment issues, external links, or misuse of the generated website.

11. Suspension or Removal

We may suspend or remove access to accounts, content, or generated websites if we find misuse, illegal activity, policy violation, security risk, or harmful behavior.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of NGO Setu after updates means you accept the revised terms.
