Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for NGO Setu services and donations shown on generated NGO websites.

1. NGO Setu Does Not Collect Donations

NGO Setu does not directly collect, hold, process, transfer, or distribute donation/crowdfunding funds. Donation details shown on a generated NGO website are published and managed by the respective NGO owner/admin.

2. Donation Refunds

If a donor makes a donation to an NGO using bank transfer, QR code, payment gateway, UPI, or any other method published by that NGO, the refund request must be made directly to the respective NGO. NGO Setu is not responsible for approving, rejecting, processing, or guaranteeing donation refunds.

3. Donation Receipts

Donation receipt records generated through the app are based on information entered by the NGO owner/admin. The NGO is responsible for receipt accuracy, tax-related statements, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. App or Subscription Fees

If NGO Setu introduces paid subscriptions or paid services, any refund for those charges will be handled according to the plan terms, payment provider rules, and applicable law. Users should contact info@ngosetu.in with transaction details for support.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Fees may not be refundable where services have already been activated, website setup has been completed, subscription time has been used, false information was provided, or the account was suspended for misuse or policy violation.
